9/25/10 Serena & Taylor

Fall is my favorite season here in the Pacific Northwest which is probably why I love fall weddings! This small wedding at Lairmont Manor included all the rich fall colors. Red, burgundy, oranges, purple...OH, I can't wait to start meeting soon with some of my Fall 2011 brides! For Serena & Taylor's wedding dahlias, roses, & hydrangeas were the main flowers. There were touches of fall nandina foliage, mini cymbidium orchids & fern curls as well.

These beautiful photographs are from Kristen Honeycutt Photographer. They are amazing photos. Thanks Kristen!

The aisle in the courtyard at Lairmont Manor consisted of small clusters of dahlias & a light touch of red rose petals.

Calla lilies, dahlias, roses, mini cymbidium orchids, fern curls, aranda orchids and a touch of pittosporum greenry made up Serena's fall bridal bouquet.

Northsound Couture Weddings

I am thankful Stephanie from Stephanie Stremler Photography submitted photos from Dan & Leeah's wedding last summer to Northsound Couture Weddings magazine. I am excited to finally see them published & in print! I am very happy to see so many of the florals displayed on the pages. You can read the article online http://www.coutureweddingsmag.com/nsbandg_rw.html#

I also noticed in the magazine that Leeah's bouquet was pictured on the same page as a Vera Wang gown & Nordstrom items.

One add by Homestead Golf & Country Club also included a bride from last summer as well! Look at the add on the bottom.
2010 was a great year & I'm looking forward to my 2011 weddings!

Classic Look

Although this wedding was last summer, I never did get around to posting the professional pictures on this blog. The amazing photographs are from Ean Perkins Photography located in Oregon. In the ten years I have been running my own floral design business, red floral arrangements & white floral arrangements NEVER go out of style. Truly a classic look. I had so many fun weddings in 2010, this was one of them!
